The VTI Design/Engineering staff has extensive experience in product and system development programs, plastic processing and all methods of thermoforming. using the most current computer aided design and technical resources, VTI can move your product from "art-to-part" in a relatively short period of time, while maintaining your product requirements with inovative and cost effective solutions. VTI performs all design, engineering, mold construction, prototyping and production in house for complete control. VTI offers to become an important extention of your technical staff, for plastic product and system development. The VTI technical staff is well versed in third party standards and certification programs such as Underwriters Laboratories, National Sanitary Association and other. VTI will not only assure that the product design is compatible with any/all certification requirements, we help guide our customers through the process in a timely and cost effetive manner. VTI's quality assurance program is in accordance with MIL-I-45208 and VTI is listed by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., assigned code C-3366.

VTI's technical responsibility extends well into each thermoforming project. Typically, the technical staff is resonsible for integration with customer requirements, product design, design approval, tool design, prototyping and customer approval prior to the production phase.
